Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The policy is to ship orders with the items that are available to ship right away and as the remainder of goods become available, we ship right away.

Going forward our process is that all items which cannot ship now, are to be highlighted and an additional packing slip is included informing of the items on back order.

How to Replace Defective Merchandise

For All Gear excluding Heart Rate Monitors:

1. Please contact for all defective items include your order number , a picture and studio email & location.

2. You will receive a personal response email from me within 24-48 hours if sent Monday through Friday. If sent on between Friday 5:30 EST- Sunday 9:30 PM EST, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

3. After sending in the email including a time stamped photo, please wait for instructions. You will receive a shipping label if the item needs to be returned or notified if you can dispose of the item.

 For Heart Rate Monitors & Systems

 1. If you have ANY ISSUES with the NEW monitors(not the old), your contact is: AND INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER THAT THEY CAN REACH YOU. This way they will be able to call you as soon as they receive your ticket.

They will work directly with you. And if there is no solution, THEY will send you a new one.

2. Email Gabi at if you have any issues with the OLD ones(serial number on back begins with "50....". And she will replace the strap. Do NOT send me monitors. Do not replace the whole monitor for member. It's simply the strap that needs to be adjusted.

3. If you have ANY ISSUES with the SYSTEM itself log into your studio's kickstart account. Click on ADMIN PANEL on the left hand side, then click HELP. Fill out the form and the team will give you a call!
